V-Cut
Whether stainless steel, brass, steel, or aluminum – we ensure that your edges are "sharp-edged", almost irrespective of the thickness of the material.
The sharp-edged sheets have a very special, unique appearance and are perceived by the viewer as "solid" even subconsciously.
Bluing
The blueing forms a weak corrosion layer that increases the lifespan of metals. With a subsequent treatment, such as greasing, the corrosion protection and the desired color nuance are retained in the long term.
In our cold blueing process, we create exceptional brass parts in blued execution. Our system enables a surface appearance ranging from a dark to a light bronze tone.

Chamfering
This complex manufacturing process challenges both operators and programmers alike. The processing with our modern press brake looks so easy. Within seconds, the press beam bends the sheet and shapes it according to your wishes. In nearly every one of our constructions, parts are bent. For every angle, the punch presses the workpiece in a specific way into the die of the mold.
Scissors
For die cuts, we use our shear cutting machines. We ensure compliance with required tolerances, burr-free edges, and minimal scrap generation. With our machines, we can cut sheet metal of various materials up to 4 m in length.
